2.1 All hotel rates displayed on Tri69.lk include a 10% service charge added by Tri69.
2.2 The respective 10% service charge will be collected from the advance payment made by the customer at the time of booking.
2.3 The remaining balance (if any) is to be settled directly with the hotel upon check-in or as per the hotel’s payment policy.
3.1 When making a booking, you are required to provide accurate and complete information. Tri69.lk is not responsible for any issues arising from incorrect details provided by the user.
3.2 Advance payments made through Tri69.lk are processed securely, and the 10% service charge is non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
3.3 The booking confirmation is subject to the availability of the selected hotel and room type.
4.1 Cancellation policies vary by hotel and are clearly stated during the booking process.
4.2 Refunds for cancellations (if applicable) will be processed as per the hotel’s cancellation policy. The 10% service charge collected by Tri69.lk is non-refundable.
4.3 In the event of a no-show, the advance payment may be forfeited as per the hotel’s policy.
5.1 Users are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during the booking process is accurate and up-to-date.
5.2 Users must comply with the terms and conditions of the hotel they book, including check-in and check-out times, payment policies, and any other rules set by the hotel.
5.3 Users agree not to use the website for any unlawful or fraudulent activities.
6.1 Tri69.lk is committed to protecting your personal information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and safeguard your data.
6.2 No personal data will be shared with third parties except as required by Sri Lankan law or to fulfill the booking process.
7.1 Tri69.lk acts as a booking intermediary and is not responsible for the quality of services provided by the hotels listed on the platform.
7.2 Tri69.lk shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by the hotel, including but not limited to cancellations, overbookings, or service failures.
7.3 In no event shall Tri69.lk be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the website or services.
8.1 Tri69.lk has entered into agreements with hotels to list their properties on the platform.
8.2 Hotels are responsible for providing accurate information about their property, including rates, availability, and amenities.
8.3 Hotels are required to pay a 10% service charge to Tri69.lk for every confirmed booking made through the platform.
9.1 Tri69.lk reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to the website or services at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms and Conditions.
9.2 Users may discontinue using the website at any time.
10.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka.
10.2 Any disputes arising from the use of Tri69.lk or its services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
11.1 Tri69.lk reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
11.2 Continued use of the website after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions.
